Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to replace a boiler and three air handling units at the New Buffalo Welcome Center. The scope of work includes the removal and disposal of existing units and the installation of new equipment in the existing footprints. The contractor will be responsible for all reconnections to gas, hydronic, and 208V/3Ph electrical services. The project requires a 5% bid security and a maximum of two attachments (both less than 25 MB) for bid responses.
• The project is located at 11630 Wilson Rd, New Buffalo, MI 49117.
• The walk-through inspection is mandatory and will be held on March 13 at 1:00 PM.
• All bid responses require proof of State Project Registration from the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity.
• Bid responses and bid attachments must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS.
