Description
The City of Fall River is seeking bids for the supply of uniforms for the City of Fall River EMS Department. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for an additional two years based on satisfactory performance and mutually agreeable commodities pricing and deliverables. The successful vendor will be required to provide uniforms that meet the specifications outlined in the bid solicitation. The bid prices submitted must remain firm following the bid opening.
• The bid solicitation packages can be obtained electronically through the City's e-Procurement Portal.
• Sealed bids must be received no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 12th, 2026.
• Questions concerning the bid solicitation must be submitted in writing via email by 2:00 pm on Monday, February 9th, 2026.
• The City of Fall River reserves the right to reject any/all bids or quotes when deemed in the best interest of the City.
