The School District of Philadelphia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive IP‑management services that include hardware, software, and professional support for the district’s extensive network of devices. The contract will cover the procurement, installation, warranty handling, and ongoing management of IP‑addressing and name‑service resolution across all schools and administrative offices. Up to three innovative solution alternatives may be submitted, with pricing required in a discount‑off‑list format and clear warranty documentation.
• Provide hardware, software, and professional services for IP‑address management across all district devices (computers, cameras, POS systems, etc.).
• Honor OEM warranties through an RMA/claims process; OEM‑certified installers may be used.
• Submit up to three distinct solution proposals with configuration‑specific discount‑off‑list pricing.
• Contract baseline term runs June 26 2026 – June 30 2029, with two optional one‑year extensions.
