Description
The Romeo Community Schools is seeking a vendor to provide Video Production Tricaster equipment for Romeo High School. The awarded vendor will be responsible for supplying the equipment, including delivery, installation, and training. The equipment includes a Tricaster system, monitors, cameras, and other accessories. The vendor must provide all labor, materials, services, and equipment necessary for the project. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract to the bidder whose proposal best fits the needs of the district.
Some key features and requirements of the project include:
• Tricaster System, including Newte TC12RUC-R Tricaster TC1 and other accessories
• Monitors, including Views VA2447-MH Viewsonic 23.8” 16:9 Adaptive-Sync VA Monitor
• Cameras, including (4) Panas AG-CX350 4K Handheld Cameracorder with NDI Capability
• Installation, labor, and shipping
• Warranty and maintenance requirements
• Compliance with Public Act 517 of 2012 and Iran Linked Business Disclosure
• Completion of Familial Relationship Disclosure form
