California Highway Patrol is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive quarterly HVAC maintenance services for its North Sacramento Area Office, including preventive maintenance on HVAC units, condensers, furnaces, motors, electrical controls, and associated water‑treatment equipment. The contract will run for three years, beginning July 1 2026, with a requirement to perform the first service within 30 days of contract execution and subsequent services no more than 90 days apart.
