Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide a “Hands Free Clinical Communication and Workflow System” (V12) to improve clinical operations across VA facilities. The solicitation permits a prime‑subcontractor structure, but the prime (or an authorized subcontractor) must hold manufacturer authorization per VAAR 852.212‑71. Offerors must demonstrate OEM, authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller status for the equipment. This amendment (0005) clarifies subcontracting and authorization requirements.
