Bulk Laundry Services (JDH, Outpatient Pavilion and FSC)

The University of Connecticut Health Center (UConn Health) is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, supplies, and incidentals to provide professional bulk laundry service (pick up of soiled linen, processing, management, and delivery of clean linen). The scope of work includes providing bulk laundry services for JDH, Outpatient Pavilion, and FSC. • The proposal should include all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, supplies, and incidentals. • The proposer should have experience in providing bulk laundry services. • A non-mandatory site visit will be held on February 3rd, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST. • The proposer should submit their proposal by the specified deadline. • The contract will be awarded based on the best proposal received.
