(Job Order Contract) HVAC

The El Paso Independent School District (EPISD) is issuing a Competitive Sealed Proposal for a district‑wide Job Order Contract to provide HVAC conversion, replacement, repair, and ongoing maintenance services, including related plumbing, electrical, and building automation system (BAS) support. The contract will be awarded to a qualified single‑trade HVAC contractor who can supply labor, materials, equipment, and all necessary services for removal of existing systems, installation of new rooftop units, chillers, boilers, split and packaged units, ductwork modifications, refrigerant handling, electrical connections, and integration with BAS. The initial term is two years with an option to extend up to three additional years, contingent on performance. Vendors must submit a detailed methodology, experience, cost estimate, personnel plan, safety plan, and financial/bonding information. A non‑mandatory pre‑proposal informational conference is scheduled for 19 August 2026.
