Description
The New Orleans Regional Transit Authority (NORTA) is procuring a comprehensive operator uniform voucher system. The award‑ee will supply, manage, and administer a voucher‑based program that provides eligible bus, streetcar, paratransit, and administrative staff with a full set of uniform items, all bearing the RTA logo, and must operate an online/physical store platform for voucher redemption. The contract is a fixed‑price, three‑year award with no subcontracting allowed.
• Supply and deliver uniforms (pants, shirts, sweaters, jackets, ties, socks, belts) for approximately 530 employees, with specific per‑new‑hire quantities.
• Implement and maintain an online voucher ordering system, track balances, generate utilization reports, and provide customer support.
• Ensure all garments meet specified colors, sizes, and logo embroidery requirements; no brand restrictions.
