SIP Trunk DOC Vienna

The Department of Innovation and Technology is seeking bids from vendors for SIP trunks. The bid includes four items: SIP Trunk, 24 Phone lines for IP Flex/Concurrent Calls with Enhanced Features, Long Distance Charge, and 24 Telephone Lines. The contract term is 36 months. The bidder shall enter the combined monthly unit cost for each item. No subcontracting is allowed. • The SIP Trunk item requires a 5Mg Access circuit with 5 Mg Internet Bandwidth, excluding concurrent calls. • The 24 Phone lines for IP Flex/Concurrent Calls with Enhanced Features item requires a combined monthly unit cost for the full quantity of 24 lines. • The Long Distance Charge item requires a unit cost for 1 minute of long distance calling. • The 24 Telephone Lines item requires a combined monthly unit cost for the full quantity of 24 lines.
