Proposals for provide accommodation and conference facility for the American Spaces Workshop - Colombo, Sri Lanka

The U.S. Embassy in Sri Lanka is seeking proposals from five-star hotels to provide accommodation and conference facilities for the American Spaces Workshop. The workshop will be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka, from April 19-25, 2026. The selected hotel will be required to provide 28 rooms, a full-day conference facility, and catering services. The hotel must be U.S.-branded, and priority will be given to such hotels. The quotation should include prices exempt from VAT and SSCL, and payment will be processed within 3-4 weeks following satisfactory completion of the conference. • The hotel must provide accommodation for 28 people from April 19th to 25th, 2026. • The hotel must provide a full-day conference facility with a room large enough for 30 people, including participants and VIPs. • The hotel must provide catering services, including buffet-style lunch, morning and evening tea breaks, and complimentary Wi-Fi. • The hotel must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database prior to submitting a quotation. • The hotel must comply with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
