HOUSING FULL SERVICES PARNERSHIP

The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking a vendor to provide Housing Full Services Partnership, which includes providing stable, supportive housing for individuals participating in the Full Service Partnership (FSP) program dedicated to homeless individuals. The program consists of three components: Homeless Housing Component, Intensive Residential Housing Program, and Adult Intensive Residential Case Management. The vendor will operate a four-bed housing program in SLO County and provide intensive residential case management services. Key aspects of the contract include: • Providing stable, supportive housing for homeless individuals • Operating a four-bed housing program in SLO County • Providing intensive residential case management services • Assisting clients in developing problem-solving skills related to daily living, housing, and managing chronic symptoms of illness • Encouraging development of community support systems to decrease reliance on institutional alternatives
