Description
The County of Riverside is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to provide Inter/Intrastate Telecommunication Services. The scope of this RFQ includes all voice and data telecommunication services for County offices. The contract is tentatively awarded to AT&T, Century Link, Charter (Spectrum), Frontier, and Verizon.
• The contract includes services such as InterState - InterLATA, IntraState - InterLATA, International, Local to 12 Miles, and more.
• The contract also includes features such as Call waiting, Call forwarding, Three-way calling, and more.
• The contract has a tentative award notification, but vendors are not authorized to begin work without a signed purchase order or contract.
• The County reserves the right to award one contract, a partial contract, or multiple contracts resulting from this RFQ.
