The contract is for the provision of a Property and Evidence Management System for the Pinal County Sheriff's Office. The system includes software licenses, hardware, and maintenance and support services. The contract has a total value of $99,950.00 for the initial implementation and $20,000.00 per year for annual maintenance and support. The scope of work includes the provision of EvidenceOnQ 8.0 Application Software License, DigitalOnQ server license, and integration with Spillman RMS system. The contract also includes training and configuration services. • The contract includes a single database/application license for up to 1 million records. • The contract includes 30 concurrent user licenses. • The contract includes digital storage hosted by FileOnQ using Microsoft Azure Gov. • The contract includes active directory integration and eDocs and electronic imaging module. • The contract includes integration with Spillman RMS system. • The contract includes custom reports and data mapping and import of existing evidence data. • The contract includes hardware such as Zebra ZD420 TT thermal transfer printers, Symbol Li4278 bluet tooth, USB barcode scanners, and Topaz blue tooth signature pads.
