Electronic Payment System

Grand Valley State University is seeking a hosted, SaaS‑based electronic payment solution that integrates with its current Ellucian Banner system and future Workday Student platform. The solution must support campus‑wide cashiering, electronic bill presentment, direct deposit disbursements, installment payment plans, refunds, and comprehensive reporting while meeting PCI‑DSS, GLBA, FERPA, WCAG, and ADA compliance standards. The RFP requires vendors to provide detailed cost proposals, PCI documentation, three references, and to demonstrate the system via Zoom after the proposal deadline. The contract will be awarded for an initial three‑year term with two optional one‑year renewals.
