This contract awards three separate plumbing service agreements to qualified contractors to provide installation, repair, and preventive‑maintenance plumbing work across all Leon County School facilities. The work must comply with the Florida Building Code, State Requirements for Educational Facilities, and OSHA standards, and includes emergency response within two hours, strict site‑safety requirements, and a one‑year warranty on parts and labor. The District will pay contractors on a time‑and‑materials basis with a capped 10 % materials markup, invoicing monthly and paying net‑30. Each vendor must maintain substantial liability and workers’ compensation insurance and adhere to extensive background‑screening, E‑Verify, and public‑records obligations. The contracts run for an initial three‑year term starting July 1 2026, with up to three one‑year renewals possible.
