Description
The Chicago Park District has entered into a contract with Electronic Knowledge Interchange (EKI) for the design, integration, configuration, implementation, maintenance, and support of an Enterprise Content Management System. The system will provide document management, web content management, search, collaboration, records management, digital asset management, work-flow management, and capture and scanning of paper documents and forms. The contract has an initial term of 2 years, with options for extensions. The vendor will provide maintenance and support for the software, and the Park District will have the right to use the software for its intended purposes. The contract includes warranties and representations from the vendor, including a warranty of conformity and suitability, and a warranty against infringement of intellectual property rights.
