This subscription agreement provides Mountain Home School District with Mealtime’s cloud‑based mPower platform, which functions as a point‑of‑sale interface, back‑end reporting system, and eligibility manager for free/reduced‑price meals. The district pays fees set in separate Order Forms; fees are non‑cancelable, non‑refundable, and invoiced net‑30. Late payments incur 1.5 % monthly interest and may trigger a 30‑day notice suspension. The agreement includes automatic renewal (term or one‑year, whichever is shorter) unless the district provides a 30‑day notice, and allows price adjustments up to 7 % with 60‑day advance notice.
