Fire and Burglar Alarm Inspections & Maintenance

This contract is for fire and burglar alarm inspections and maintenance services for the City of Rock Hill. The contractor, Diamond Electronics, Inc, will be responsible for testing alarms and panels annually, performing repairs and maintenance work, and providing a copy of the inspection report to the City. The contract has a term of 3 years and a budget of $8,154.00. The City reserves the right to obtain the subcontractor's invoice to the contractor at any point. • The contractor must be licensed by the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing & Regulation to perform work on fire alarms. • The contractor must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial security and fire alarm field. • The contractor must provide a copy of the inspection report to the City of Rock Hill's Fire Marshal's office and the Property Maintenance Supervisor. • The contractor must ensure that all invoices are paid in a timely manner as outlined in the solicitation.
