Library Book Binding Services

The College of Charleston is seeking a vendor to provide library book binding services. The contract is for a period of 5 years, starting from July 1, 2023, and ending on June 30, 2028. The awarded vendor, HT Group, will provide standard periodical binding and automated library binding software platform services. The contract has an evaluated amount of $16,500.00. • The contract requires the vendor to provide binding services for 1,000 periodicals per year. • The vendor must also provide an automated library binding software platform. • The contract has a term of 5 years, with the option for renewal. • The College of Charleston reserves the right to terminate the contract if the vendor fails to meet the requirements.
