Description
This contract provides fire‑alarm testing, inspection, and maintenance services for the Worcester Public Schools system. The City of Worcester will pay a fixed price for a one‑year term, with the possibility of two additional one‑year renewals. The awarded vendor, Northeast Fire Systems, Inc., must test, inspect, and document all fire‑alarm components in 55 school buildings, comply with NFPA 72 standards, and submit regular inspection reports and cost‑estimate recommendations.
