Electrical/Mechanical and HVAC Engineering Consultant Services - Continuing Contract

The Lake County School Board is seeking to select qualified firms to provide professional electrical/mechanical, HVAC engineering consultant services. The contract will be awarded to the top three ranked firms, which are SGM Engineering, Inc., Matern Professional Engineering, Inc., and TLC Engineering for Architecture. The services will be used to maintain the school board's facilities to the optimal level of operation and performance. • The contract is a continuing contract, meaning it will be ongoing and not a one-time service. • The school board received 10 submittals from prospective bidders. • The Professional Services Selection Committee met to review and rate the submittals. • The top three ranked firms will be authorized to negotiate fees with the school board. • The contract is subject to the provisions of Florida Statutes, Section 287.055.
