22-6612 Third Party Fire Inspectors Software

The contract is for the provision of third-party fire inspectors software to the City of Goodyear. The software, known as "The Compliance Engine," will be provided by Brycer, LLC, for a period of three years, with the option to renew for successive three-year periods. The contract includes provisions for the maintenance and support of the software, as well as the protection of confidential information. The City of Goodyear will be responsible for providing a proper operating environment for the software, and Brycer, LLC, will be responsible for providing commercially reasonable levels of customer service. The contract also includes a warranty and limitation of liability provision.
