Lexington County School District One is procuring a district‑wide Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution to manage roughly 35,000 Apple devices across K‑12 classrooms and staff. The contract is a fixed‑price, one‑year base term with up to four additional one‑year renewals, totaling a possible five‑year engagement. The RFP requires an active Apple Partner vendor to provide zero‑touch enrollment, multi‑platform support (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, visionOS), application distribution, policy enforcement, inventory integration with IncidentIQ, classroom tools, and full compliance with FERPA, COPPA, CIPA, and state privacy statutes. Vendors must also supply unlimited technical support during district hours, implementation services, training, a dedicated project manager, and robust data‑security safeguards (encryption, SOC 2/ISO 27001, U.S. data residency).
