21-50 Portable Toilet Rental Services, Continuing Supply

This contract is for the provision of portable toilet rental services, including stationary type portable toilets, ADA compliant portable toilets, and hand washing station rental and services, on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly rental basis for various County locations. The contract is between the Bay County Board of County Commissioners and Disposal Services, LLC, and has a term of one year with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods. The contract includes provisions for pricing, payment, and insurance, as well as requirements for the contractor to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
