Emergency Plumbing Services

Placer County is seeking emergency plumbing services on an on-call basis for private residences located within unincorporated areas of the county. The services will be requested by the county for private residences affected by county sewer maintenance operations. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder, and the contractor will be required to provide firm, fixed hourly rates for the services described in the quote request. The contract period is approximately one year, and the county will not guarantee a minimum or maximum number of hours of services to be procured during the term of the resulting agreement. Key services include: • Journeyman Plumber, Regular Hourly Rate • Journeyman Plumber, Overtime Hourly Rate • On-call work performed between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays • On-call work performed between the hours of 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM, Mondays through Fridays • On-call work performed on Saturdays and Sundays and contractor-observed holidays
