The City of Vancouver has awarded a contract to WasteXpress Environmental LLC to provide special waste collection and disposal services for small businesses and property owners/managers with qualifying small quantity generator (SQG) waste. The contract is part of a pilot program, and the City will provide incentive coupons to businesses to redeem with the contractor for responsible collection and disposal of dangerous waste.
