Library Procurement Membership

The City of Cottonwood has entered into a membership agreement with the Consortium of Partners Procuring Electronic Resources (COPPER) to utilize term contracts for the purchase of materials, services, and construction. The agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the City's participation in COPPER's contracts, including the process for issuing purchase orders and making payments. Key aspects of the agreement include: • The City will use COPPER's website and other means to access information on contracts, products, and services. • COPPER will conduct procurements in compliance with the Arizona State Procurement Code and the Arizona State Board of Education School District Procurement Rules. • The City will ensure that purchase orders are processed in accordance with COPPER's procedures and terms. • COPPER will hold the City harmless from any liability arising from COPPER's actions or inactions. • The agreement may be terminated by either party with at least 90 days' written notice.
