Workforce Management Staff Scheduling System

The San Mateo County Health System issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Workforce Management Staff Scheduling System to replace the current scheduling system Res-Q. The target commencement date and term for the proposed services was March 2017 through December 31, 2017. The contract was awarded to Kronos, Incorporated. The scope of work includes providing a workforce management staff scheduling system.
