Plumbing Services - Projects and Major Repairs

The City of Corvallis is seeking a contractor to provide plumbing services for projects and major repairs on an as-needed basis under a three-year contract, with the option to extend up to two years. The contract is subject to prevailing wage rates. The city intends to enter into a contract with the lowest responsible bidder and reserves the right to award service contracts to the next two lowest responsible bidders.
