Description
This cooperative purchasing contract enables Richland County School District One and more than 30 partner K‑12 districts across South Carolina to procure new, unused educational publications, textbooks, and related media through a competitive, multiple‑award, fixed‑price process. Vendors must offer a minimum 20 % discount off retail prices, provide FOB‑destination shipping, and meet strict delivery, packaging, and performance‑accuracy requirements. The agreement runs for an initial two‑year term with three optional one‑year extensions, allowing a maximum five‑year lifespan.
