Bread and other Related Bakery Products - DHS Eldora

The Iowa Department of Administrative Services, on behalf of DHS Eldora, is seeking bids for bread and other related bakery products. The contract term is for one year with the option for two annual extensions. The successful bidder will be required to provide a detailed quarterly report of all sales made under the contract. The State of Iowa requires shipping to be FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid, and the bidder must agree to these terms. • The contract includes various types of bread and bakery products, such as sandwich bread, coney buns, hamburger buns, dinner rolls, English muffins, and whole wheat bread. • The bidder must provide a response to the terms and conditions, including the payment terms and insurance requirements. • The State of Iowa prefers to pay bidders using its Purchasing Card Program (Pcard) whenever possible. • The bidder must comply with the terms of Pcard acceptance. • The contract has a 1.00% administrative fee on all sales made against the resulting contract.
