Firefighter PPE Inspection and Repair Services

The contract is for the provision of firefighter PPE inspection and repair services to Placer County. The contract was awarded to two vendors, ECMS Inc and Scotts PPE Recon, with a total bid amount of $62,907.50 and $52,927.50, respectively. The contract has a maximum turnaround time of 10 business days and a payment term of Net 30. The scope of work includes the inspection and repair of firefighter personal protective equipment. • The contract was awarded on an all-or-none basis. • The resulting blanket purchase order shall be issued in the maximum amount of $30,000.00. • Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis. • Placer County makes no specific guarantee of a minimum or maximum dollar amount or quantities to be purchased during the term of the resulting agreement(s).
