Professional Translation/Interpretation Services

This contract is for professional translation/interpretation services to enable Florida International University (FIU) to enter into an agreement with vendors to provide translation/interpreter services in Spanish, Haitian/Creole, and American Sign Language. The services are currently needed for FIU medical students during clinical rotations and clinical services, but FIU reserves the right to request these services as needed for projects or assignments that arise throughout the term of this contract. The initial term of the agreement will be for one year, and the University will have the option to renew for five additional one-year terms. • The contract is for translation/interpretation services in Spanish, Haitian/Creole, and American Sign Language. • The services are currently needed for FIU medical students during clinical rotations and clinical services. • The initial term of the agreement is for one year, with the option to renew for five additional one-year terms. • The contract was awarded to four vendors: Nationwide Interpreter Resource Inc, Sheri DeLudos & Associates Inc, Professional Translating Services LLC, and Clarivita Language Services.
