Description
The State of California’s Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety seeks a qualified contractor to design, implement, configure, integrate, test, train on, and maintain a ServiceNow‑based fleet‑management solution that incorporates Geotab telematics, connects with existing ServiceNow modules, and provides analytics and reporting. The effort spans system design, configuration, integration, testing, training, deployment, and ongoing bi‑annual platform upgrades over a two‑year contract term.
• Design and architecture of a ServiceNow fleet‑management module (vehicle lifecycle, maintenance, compliance).
• Bi‑directional integration with Geotab telematics and seamless linking to existing ServiceNow applications (Change, Incident, etc.).
• Development of dashboards, predictive‑maintenance analytics, and sustainability reporting.
• Comprehensive user training, change‑management support, and continuous platform upgrade/maintenance services.
