Description
The Texas Department of Transportation is seeking a vendor to provide secure document destruction services for the Houston, Austin, and San Antonio areas. The services will include the destruction of documents and devices that prevent the disclosure of state records and personal information. The contract will be for a term to be stated on the purchase order, with the option for renewal for up to three additional like periods of time. The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to nondiscrimination and environmental protection.
• The vendor must provide a signed and dated response, including all required documentation, by the submission deadline.
• The vendor must comply with all terms and conditions of the contract, including those related to payment, invoicing, and termination.
• The vendor must provide all necessary information and reports required by the contract and applicable laws and regulations.
• The vendor must permit access to its books, records, and facilities as may be determined by TxDOT or the Federal Highway Administration.
