Description
The U.S. Army is seeking information from potential contractors to provide lodging, meals, airport transportation, conference room space, lockable storage room, and parking passes for the Center of Influence (COI) personnel visiting Cadet Summer Training (CST) 2026. The requirement includes a base year and four option years, with the base year period of performance from 13 July 2026 to 18 July 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing single occupancy hotel rooms, meals, and other services as specified in the Performance Work Statement.
Key aspects of the job include:
* Providing lodging facilities, training facilities, meals services, furniture, equipment, supplies, facilities, medical services, tools, management, certified trainers, and labor
* Providing conference room space, lockable storage room, and parking passes
* Providing transportation to and from Louisville International Airport
* Providing a welcome reception and daily breakfast meals
* Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local fire and safety codes and regulations
