Description
The State of Maryland’s Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is issuing a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORDF) to acquire 100 Dell Pro 16 laptops (Intel® Core™ 7, 16 GB DDR5, 512 GB SSD, Windows 11 Pro). The solicitation is limited to Master Contractors who hold an existing contract under the “Desktop, Laptop and Tablet 2015” (060B5400007) agreement. Bidders must submit pricing, warranty terms, a Letter of Authorization, and a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price. Proposals are due 9 May 2026 (??) – actually 9 Sept 2026 5 PM EST, with questions due 9 Sept 2026 5 PM EST. The contract will be a fixed‑price, multi‑year (if extended warranty) arrangement with a 90‑day price validity period and mandatory compliance with Maryland’s environmentally preferable purchasing requirements.
