The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a fixed‑price IDIQ contractor to provide comprehensive laboratory staffing services at the Memphis VA Medical Center. The contract will cover a 5‑year period (April 1 2027 – March 31 2032) with annual ordering windows, guaranteeing a minimum of 3,402 labor hours and a maximum ceiling of 340,240 hours. The scope includes staffing for medical technologists, pathology assistants, phlebotomists, a cytopreparation technician, and a medical transcriptionist, totaling 16 full‑time equivalents (plus part‑time/OT). Offerors must be verified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) and provide all‑inclusive hourly rates for each labor category. Key compliance requirements include background investigations, professional‑liability insurance, VA‑required training, and adherence to the DOL Wage Determination (WD 2015‑4673 Rev 33).
• Provide on‑site laboratory personnel to support the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service at VAMC Memphis.
