Description
The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide HVAC controls maintenance, repair, and programming services. The contractor will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair services, as well as programming services, for the department's HVAC systems. The contract will be for a term of 4 years, with the option to renew for up to 2 additional 1-year periods. The contractor must provide a pricing schedule for the proposed services, including labor prices, material costs, and travel charges. The contractor must also comply with various requirements, including security measures, data retention and disposal, and environmental and energy efficiency product standards.
