The California Highway Patrol is seeking a qualified C‑20 licensed contractor to provide quarterly preventive‑maintenance services for the HVAC equipment at two Cajon Platform Scale facilities on I‑15 (northbound and southbound). The scope covers inspection, cleaning, adjustment, parts replacement, documentation, and reporting for all major HVAC components, with all labor, consumables, and required permits supplied by the contractor. No repair work is included; separate proposals are required for any corrective actions discovered during maintenance.
