The Wake County Public School System is seeking a vendor to provide lighting, video, and scenic support for 22 high school graduation ceremonies. The vendor will be responsible for providing equipment, staffing, and technical services for the events, which will take place at the Raleigh Convention Center from June 9 to June 16, 2026. The vendor must provide a detailed breakdown of costs, including equipment, labor, and transportation. The contract will be for a one-year term, with the option to renew for an additional two years.
