Description
The Charlotte Mecklenburg Library is seeking a full‑service catering partner to provide food, beverage, staffing, set‑up, and clean‑up for two grand‑opening events at its new Main Library in spring 2027. One event is a staff celebration for ~500 guests on April 26 (buffet lunch with mocktail bar); the second is a donor recognition evening for ~1,000 guests on April 29 (passed appetizers, full bar, mocktails, multi‑floor service). The contractor will develop menus, provide licensed alcohol service for the donor event, and coordinate all logistics after award. The contract runs Dec 1 2026 – May 2 2027, with a total not‑to‑exceed budget to be submitted.
• Two events: 500‑person staff buffet (no alcohol) and 1,000‑person donor gala (full bar).
