Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide Firestop Repair Services at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System in Nashville, TN. The contractor will be responsible for repairing firestops in rated barriers, installing UL-approved firestop systems, and providing a report of the work completed. The contractor must have at least one of the following qualifications: FM 4991 Approved Contractor, UL Approved Contractor, or HILTI Accredited Fire Stop Specialty Contractor. The contractor must also have at least 3 years of experience with firestop installation.
• The period of performance for the contract is 150 days.
• The contractor will be required to perform the work in accordance with the Statement of Work.
• The contractor will be required to provide a report of the work completed, including before and after photos of each firestop system installed.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor will be required to provide a certificate of insurance, including workers' compensation and general liability insurance.
