Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for HVAC maintenance services for the Louisiana Secretary of State. The contract will be for an initial period of one year, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide quarterly inspections, filter cleaning and replacement, and other maintenance services as specified in the solicitation.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The bidder must be registered in the LaGov system to submit an online bid.
• The bidder must provide a W-9 form with their bid if they are newly registered.
• The contract will be for a total of 36 months, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods.
