Alabama’s state‑owned facilities across the North Region require ongoing Building Automation System (BAS) and HVAC maintenance, minor repairs, programming adjustments, and parts supply. The contract is a single‑source, competitive Invitation‑to‑Bid that obligates the vendor to respond to service calls within two working days (standard) or 24 hours (emergency), submit detailed service reports, and manage parts markup. Vendor eligibility includes a business office within 200 mi of Birmingham, Honey‑well Authorized Controls Integrator status, specific Honeywell Niagara and Spyder certifications, and minimum insurance coverages. The base period is 12 months with up to four optional 12‑month extensions, and the work covers more than 30 listed facilities ranging from Air‑Force Reserve Centers to Veterans Medical Services sites.
