Description
The Cole County Sheriff's Department is seeking bids for the replacement of the HVAC system at their facility. The project includes the removal of existing rooftop units, associated controls, and wiring, and the installation of new rooftop units, ductwork, and electrical connections. The contractor will be responsible for verifying exact locations and dimensions of all equipment, piping, and piping components, and for final tie-in point locations between new and existing piping systems, equipment, and utilities. The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting on February 5th at 10:30 am.
