Maintenance of Leased Fire, Burglar, CCTV & Access Control - As Needed

MTA requests firm fixed pricing for services for a qualified firm to act as System Maintainer to assume full Leasing of LIRR security systems. Contractors will be required to maintain the life safety security systems, perform repairs on system equipment, components, software, monitoring and applicable licensing at various locations. These systems were installed between 2015 and 2025, as the systems require maintenance, as required repairs, update/upgrade services and support on an as-needed subject to New York State Prevailing Wages Schedule PRC# 2026008825. The systems are located throughout various Long Island Rail Road station locations.
