FDIC's National Conference Room Audio Visual BOA

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking a proposal for the National Conference Room Audio Visual Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and its associated Task Order Requirement. The BOA Pricing Workbook is included in the attached RFP, and all offerors must complete the BOA Pricing and Task Order 1 Excel Worksheet files. The RFP is non-transferable unless approved in advance by the Contracting Officer. The proposal submission requirements are specified in Section 7.3.1-06 of the RFP. • The proposal must include all required information and volumes. • The proposal must be submitted by the specified due dates. • The proposal must be submitted in accordance with the solicitation. • The offeror must provide all contact information, including account representative name, email addresses, and phone numbers. • The offeror must pay particular attention to the proposal submission instructions in Section 7.3.1-06 of the RFP.
