Description
The State of Missouri, through its Office of Administration’s Division of Purchasing, is seeking qualified advertising, marketing, and public‑education vendors to form a Qualified Vendor List (QVL). The QVL will enable state agencies to issue individual Statements of Work (SOWs) for campaigns ranging from a few thousand dollars up to several hundred thousand dollars, on a “preferred use” but non‑exclusive basis. Vendors must have at least five years of modern advertising/PR experience, be able to serve both government and non‑government clients, and comply with extensive business‑compliance exhibits (tax, E‑Verify, anti‑boycott certification, etc.). Proposals are submitted electronically via MissouriBUYS by 2:00 PM CT on 14 Oct 2026. The resulting contract is for one year, with the possibility of additional awards or contract extensions through separate procurements.
